Measuring an impressive 53.5 cm in length, the sculpture recreates the elongated form of a crocodile skull with pronounced eye sockets, powerful jaws and individually modelled teeth. The polished metallic finish transforms the natural-history-inspired subject into a striking contemporary decorative object. The combination of anatomical form and reflective silver surface gives the piece a distinctive Wunderkammer, Gothic and modern sculptural aesthetic, making it particularly effective within eclectic, industrial and contemporary interiors. Weighing approximately 7.3 kg, this is a substantial decorative sculpture with considerable presence. It would make an exceptional centrepiece for a console table, display cabinet, library, study, boutique, hotel or collector's interior. Please note that any black wire display base shown in the photographs is not included.
