Featuring the Princess pattern and Ivora designation, the petite vase showcases the colorful, stylized floral decoration that makes Gouda pottery so collectible.

The vase features a gently flared rim, narrow waist and rounded lower body, finished in a soft matte glaze. Sweeping floral and foliate designs in golden yellow, burnt orange, turquoise blue, lavender and earthy brown stand out against a muted green-gray background. A dark interior and base provide a striking contrast. Its small size makes it particularly appealing for a collector’s shelf, curio cabinet or grouping of European art pottery.

The underside bears hand-painted markings including Princess, Ivora, Gouda, Holland and the number 149. Acquired in the Netherlands, this distinctive little vase is a lovely example of Dutch decorative pottery from the Art Deco era.
