The open front is arranged with two spacious shelves, creating three practical storage and display levels suitable for books, ornaments, photographs, collectibles and other decorative objects. Raised on a sturdy plinth base, the bookcase has a clean and well-balanced appearance that complements the restrained simplicity of its overall design. The oak displays gorgeous natural grain, warm attractive colouring and appealing tonal variation throughout, giving the piece plenty of character while retaining the simple aesthetic associated with Ercol furniture.
