The table features an attractive round top above a useful single drawer, retaining its original brass handle. The drawer provides convenient concealed storage while integrating neatly into the compact design of the piece. Below are two open shelves, providing additional space for bottles, glassware, books or decorative objects. Particularly noteworthy is the clever fold-out bottle holder, an unusual and practical feature that gives the table considerably more character and functionality than a conventional occasional table. The table is raised upon sturdy supports, creating a stable and well-balanced structure while maintaining the refined proportions associated with Edwardian furniture.
