The stool features a traditional threaded wind-up mechanism, allowing the seat height to be adjusted from approximately 65 cm to 87 cm. A locking handle secures the desired position, making the stool versatile enough for use with standard tables, counters, kitchen islands and higher breakfast bars. The heavy cast iron base has a strong architectural appearance, with four splayed legs connected by a practical cross-bar footrest. The exposed threaded central column and mechanical adjustment system reinforce its authentic industrial character. Each circular seat is produced from reclaimed wood, retaining natural variations in grain, colour, marks and surface character. As reclaimed timber is used, no two examples are exactly alike, giving every stool an individual appearance. A versatile piece suitable for industrial, loft, rustic and contemporary interiors, whether used as a kitchen stool, bar stool, workshop seat or office furniture. The metal components are newly manufactured, while the reclaimed timber seat intentionally retains the character and appearance associated with previously used wood.
