The beautifully shaped frame is finished in a warm gilt tone and crowned by a finely sculpted shell crest, a classic decorative motif associated with Italian and French Rococo design.

The mirror plate features bevelled glass, adding depth and refinement, while the soft green painted inner border provides a subtle color contrast that enhances the gilded frame and highlights the graceful silhouette. The combination of intricate carving, openwork detailing, and decorative flourishes creates a light and airy appearance despite its elaborate ornamentation.

A highly decorative piece that works equally well in an entryway, bedroom, dressing room, or above a console, bringing warmth, elegance, and a touch of old-world glamour to both traditional and eclectic interiors.

Condition: Good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. Minor wear and patina to the gilt finish consistent with age. The photographs form an integral part of the and condition report. See less
