Breathtaking yet quiet, this vintage Italian Murano glass tiered chandelier features the iconic "Sella" shaped petal design, popularized by masters like Mazzega in the 1970s. The two tiers of thirty hand-blown art glass petals cascade elegantly to create a striking, organic silhouette reminiscent of a blooming floral form.
Each individual petal measures 13" long and has a deeply ribbed, bark-like texture (graniglia). When illuminated, this textured surface diffuses light brilliantly, concealing the four internal bulbs while casting a warm glow. The glass petals hook securely onto a sturdy two tier chrome frame and measures 24" high by 22" wide. This Italian, Hollywood Regency design is an elegant, timeless addition to a dining room, entry hall or living space.

Excellent vintage condition. All petals intact. No chips, cracks or repairs to the glass petals. The chrome frame shows minimal wear consistent with age and gentle residential use. I had my electrician swap out the chain for a white pole and white canopy. You can add your own chain, if preferred. A picture of the chandelier with a chain is included. This is a picture of the exact chandelier I purchased years ago, shown hanging at the Antique & Artisan Center in Connecticut.
