Very well made and of good quality, this handsome table takes inspiration from the graceful neoclassical designs associated with the Adam style, characterised by balanced proportions, restrained decorative detailing and an elegant architectural form. The upper section is fitted with three useful drawers, providing convenient storage for correspondence and other everyday essentials. Each drawer retains its original decorative handles, preserving the traditional character and integrity of the piece.
