The composition captures the birds in flight with their wings dramatically outstretched, creating a strong sense of movement and streamlined elegance characteristic of Art Deco design. The sculptural arrangement and polished metallic surfaces give the piece a striking architectural presence from multiple viewing angles. The combination of chrome plating and the warm underlying brass or bronze construction reflects the fascination with contrasting metals and sleek finishes that became particularly fashionable during the Art Deco period. The sculpture is presented in completely original, unrestored condition, retaining its naturally aged surface, patina and signs of wear acquired over time. The original finish has not been refinished or overly polished, preserving the authentic character of the piece. A particularly unusual decorative object with strong visual impact, ideal for collectors of Art Deco sculpture, early 20th-century decorative arts or distinctive animalier works. Its streamlined form also makes it exceptionally well suited to sophisticated contemporary interiors.
