A single glazed door opens to reveal an interior fitted with a shelf, providing an attractive display area for porcelain, decorative objects, books or a treasured collection while keeping the contents protected. The exterior is enriched with intricate inlaid decoration and ornamental brass mounts, demonstrating the quality and attention to detail characteristic of fine 19th-century cabinetmaking. A decorative plaque positioned within the upper section provides an additional focal point. The cabinet is raised upon finely turned legs embellished with further brass detailing, completing its refined and beautifully balanced silhouette. Presented in good antique condition and accompanied by a key, with appropriate signs of age and use consistent with its 19th-century origin. A highly decorative statement piece, ideally suited to a drawing room, reception room, library or sophisticated interior.
