The glazed front opens to reveal three internal shelves, creating four well-proportioned display areas suitable for presenting porcelain, glassware, collectibles, silver or other decorative objects.

The individual compartments provide approximately 21.5–22 cm of vertical clearance, allowing a varied collection of objects to be arranged and displayed while remaining protected behind glass. The cabinet is raised upon traditional bun feet, giving the piece a sturdy yet beautifully balanced appearance. The oak displays pronounced natural grain and attractive figuring throughout, complemented by rich, warm tones and an appealing aged character that enhances its traditional appearance. Presented in good antique condition, with appropriate signs of age and use consistent with its early 20th-century origin. The cabinet retains its working key. with a particularly shallow depth of only 28 cm, this is an exceptionally versatile display cabinet, providing useful exhibition space without projecting excessively into the room. It would work beautifully in a living room, dining room, hallway, study or collection room.
