The generously proportioned rectangular top provides an expansive and practical surface, making the piece suitable not only as a side table but also as a substantial hall table, library table or centre table. The table is beautifully carved throughout, with carefully executed decorative detailing giving the piece considerable architectural and sculptural presence.
