The circular top is crafted from oak and displays attractive natural figuring throughout. Its warm golden tones and pronounced grain provide an attractive contrast against the darker, more architectural character of the cast iron base. The decorative cast iron support is particularly distinctive, with carefully modelled detailing providing considerable visual interest while creating a strong and stable foundation for the tabletop. Solidly constructed and presented in very good vintage condition, with appropriate signs of age and use contributing to its authentic character. The table's versatile proportions make it suitable as a side table, lamp table, occasional table or decorative accent. Its combination of natural oak and cast iron allows it to work particularly well within industrial, traditional, rustic and contemporary interiors.
