Both chairs feature generously upholstered deep buttoned backs, comfortably shaped seats and gracefully curved arms. The upholstery presents beautifully and complements the deep, warm tones of the mahogany frames. The finely worked frames are enriched with carved floral and scrolling details, demonstrating the quality of the craftsmanship throughout. Each chair is raised upon elegant cabriole legs retaining porcelain casters, providing both decorative refinement and practical ease of movement. The mahogany displays attractive natural figuring, rich colour and a handsome polished patina.
