Michael Aram's Petal Bowl, a sculptural centerpiece in enameled aluminum with a hand-applied gradient from deep crimson at the rim to soft blush pink at the heart. The form is a single unfurling petal, cast with Aram's signature organic texture, and reads as a piece of tabletop sculpture as much as a serving or display bowl. Signed Michael Aram to the underside.
Aram's nature-inspired metalwork is a staple of designer tablescapes and this is one of his larger and more dramatic forms. Current retail on comparable pieces runs well above the asking price.
Approx. 14" L x 10" W x 4" H. Excellent condition: no chips to the enamel, no dents or scratches of note. From a Connecticut estate.
