Deep button tufting works through brown aniline leather that carries the honest shade variation only vintage-style hides can give.

Top grain cow leather covers the piece from the welted seat cushion to the rolled arms, finished with a run of nail head trim. At the left arm, a turned wood dish swings out on an antiqued brass bracket to hold a glass or a book. Turned feet, set on casters in front, make it easy to angle toward the light.

The scale stays friendly. It reads 36 inches wide with a 34 inch back, sized for a study, a bedroom corner, or the quiet end of a living room. Pair it with a slim floor lamp and the reading spot is done. See less
