Design Plus Gallery presents a Herrgården Cabinet by Carl Malmsten for Bodafors. This original mid-century Swedish cabinet showcases Gustavian-inspired design with a gently arched crown, vertically fluted paneled doors, and an ivory-painted exterior. The upper section includes two hinged doors that open to reveal an interior with adjustable shelving, while two drawers beneath are lined in green felt and accented by circular decorative pulls. The lower cabinet has two additional paneled doors that open to reveal multiple shelves. The cabinet rests on tapered square legs and retains its original hardware, including a key adorned with a blue tassel. This is a discontinued model with the brand and is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. The painted surfaces display visible wear consistent with age and usage, including areas of paint loss, minor scuffs, and surface imperfections throughout. Made in Sweden.
