The designer drew inspiration for this piece from the rear end of his favorite car, the porsche 911.

chrome-plated steel tubing, black-painted wood, and new high-end upholstery fabric. This pair has been fully restored: for the seat cushions, we selected the high-quality cream-white/black “origami rockets” upholstery fabric by the british design duo eley kishimoto (romo group). The tubular steel frame has been polished, and the armrests have been refinished with black hard wax oil.
