This monumental statement piece features a cast plaster column with a dramatic, continuous tight twist that tapers down beautifully to a fluted pedestal base.
It is finished in a brilliant, glossy tropical turquoise/teal enamel lacquer that catches the light beautifully on every ridge. The lamp is crowned with its matching vintage ivory bell shade, meticulously detailed with a custom blue and white glass bead fringe trim along both margins. Features a coordinating blue spherical ball finial on top.
A spectacular, vibrant addition to any Postmodern, Memphis Milano, Hollywood Regency, or Coastal Eclectic interior.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The structural plaster column is completely stable and solid. The lower pedestal base features minor, expert cosmetic restoration where a few small historic chips were carefully remolded and seamlessly color-matched to the original vibrant turquoise enamel finish. The repairs are located entirely at the bottom, blend beautifully, and are virtually unnoticeable when the lamp is standing. The piece displays magnificently.
Dimensions: 60 H x 12 W. Shade is 18 W. See less
