The small bowl is formed with three gently rounded corners and softly rising sides, creating a sculptural profile that combines geometric precision with the fluidity of hand-worked glass. The transparent green body contains numerous intentionally formed air bubbles, produced through the traditional Venetian bullicante technique. These inclusions create a sense of depth within the glass, while the polished surfaces reflect and refract light across the curved interior. The piece reflects the interest in expressive colour, optical effects and organic geometry that characterised much of Murano's post-war decorative glass production. Compact in scale, the bowl can be displayed independently as a small decorative object or used as a trinket dish. Its unusual triangular silhouette also makes it particularly suitable for display alongside other mid-century Italian glass objects. Dimensions: Height 2.5 cm (0.98 in); width 8 cm (3.15 in); length 8 cm (3.15 in). Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or damage, with minor age-related surface wear to the polished base.
