The Navajo Yei (Holy Spirit) figural designs were woven by Zapotec artisans in the Oaxaca region of Southern Mexico. The distinguishing feature that separates these Mexican Zapotec productions from genuine, historic Navajo rugs is the presence of the long, twisted warp fringes along the shorter edges. The rug is in good condition with minimal signs of wear. See less
