Of plain rectangular form, the bottle … Read more An Edwardian sterling silver and gilt scent bottle by Alfred Clark, hallmarked London 1904. Of plain rectangular form, the bottle features a hinged cover with a swivel-action bayonet fitting and applied stylised motifs in relief. It retains its original gilded stopper and original gold-wash gilding to the interior of the cover. An elegant example dating from the Art Nouveau period.
