Decorated in deep underglaze cobalt blue, the dish features stylised flowers and rocks repeated around its lobed border. Gilded highlights provide a decorative contrast to the blue and white palette. The reverse bears a symbol mark enclosed within a double circle, while the fluted, lobed edge gives the dish a particularly elegant profile. The gilding may be contemporary with the manufacture of the dish or may have been added in Europe following export. A small chip is present on the foot rim; otherwise the dish is in very good condition.
