Elevate your hearth architecture with this magnificent, highly sculptural statement fireplace companion set standing at a grand 23.5-inch maximum display height and weighing a substantial 10.8 lbs in total. Executed in the opulent French Louis XV and European Baroque styles with sophisticated Hollywood Regency undertones, this curated set features an extraordinary level of heavy-gauge artisan metalwork.
The stately free-standing brass rack features a spectacular, fluidly scrolling openwork base adorned with a classical diamond trellis lattice pattern and deeply chased acanthus flourishes. The stately central columnar shaft features elegant architectural fluting and neoclassical molded turnings, leading up to an elegant curved structural double-hook hanger and topped with a prominent pierced cartouche ring handle for easy movement. Hanging beautifully from the frame are two essential hearth maintenance utensils, perfectly matched to coordinate with the ornate aesthetic of the stand. The set includes a heavy-gauge log tongs and a robust fireplace poker, both outfitted with magnificent, fluidly pierced scrolling rocailles openwork handles.
The substantial solid cast brass body displays an outstanding original golden depth, enriched by a warm historical luster and a gorgeous untouched dark vintage patina in the deeply recessed details.
