Italian Bauhaus black fabric and steel Genni chaise longue by Gabriele Mucchi for Zanotta, 1980s.
Genni chaise longue in black fabric and steel. The reclining armchair has a padded cushion upholstered in black cotton fabric, with frame and legs made of steel rod. The curved steel armrests feature sections upholstered in black leather. The pouf has a rectangular black fabric cushion and curved steel rod frame.
Produced by Zanotta in the 1980s and designed by Gabriele Mucchi in 1935. Label present.
Fair condition. The fabric shows significant signs of age. The armchair is missing its headrest cushion; two corresponding marks are visible where it would have been attached. Signs of age on the metal.
