Pierre Cardin 1970s Modular Sofa.
This item was attributed thanks to archival documents, such as vintage catalogs, designer documents, or other literary sources.
The sofa comes with three modular modules.
Black lacquered wood frame with brass inserts.
Original pure silk washed gold floral patterned fabric.
Regency style.
Very good condition, small signs of time on upholstery such as tears and stains. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
