A striking, large-scale limited-edition color serigraph titled "Celadon Horses B" (1990) by acclaimed Chinese artist Yamin Young (b. 1959). Rendered in a tranquil palette of celadon blue, soft turquoise, and icy seafoam, this piece displays Young’s hallmark fusion of traditional Asian equine motifs and fluid, modern figurative lines. Subtle accents of warm ochre and gold add depth and warmth to the cool background tones.
Yamin Young’s artistic style draws heavily from the historic linear elegance of Tang Dynasty paintings and ancient Dunhuang cave murals, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. This piece captures stylized galloping horses alongside a serene, ethereal figure riding through rhythmic waves of color. The frame features a sift white Washed wood surround with a soft Slightly off white interior matte. It's a beautiful serene piece and a very nice large size.
