The series, which has been in production since 1959, is one of the most recognizable examples of postwar Italian ceramic design. Its defining feature is the intense blue-turquoise glaze combined with engraved and imprinted decorations on the surface.

The bowl has a low, wide form with a rounded profile and a distinctly flared rim. The entire piece is covered in a glossy glaze in shades of cobalt, deep navy, and turquoise. The decoration consists of concentric bands of geometric motifs: fine dots, short incisions, and repetitive, angular marks resembling stylized arrows. Darker pigment accumulates in the recesses of the pattern, emphasizing the rhythm of the ornament and the three-dimensionality of the relief.

The combination of intense color, regular ornamentation, and a hand-finished surface gives the bowl both a functional and decorative character.
