Add a striking touch of historic elegance to your hearth with this pair of authentic 19th-century Rococo Revival andirons (circa 1850–1890). Cast during the golden age of decorative foundry work, these pieces feature exceptional Victorian/Napoleon III design flourishes. The ornate front faces showcase beautifully symmetrical scrolling tendrils, stylized organic feet, and a prominent, elegant keyhole cutout at the top.
Boasting an authentic, richly weathered brown patina with deep natural oxidation, they possess a superb, untouched antique character that beautifully anchors a fireplace or mantel display.

The cast iron faces are structurally sound, intact, and free of cracks or missing pieces. • Rear Billet Bars / Log Cradles: Non-functional condition. The rear wrought iron support bars exhibit some structural delamination, flaking, and a fissure near the rear bend. Due to this heat wear, these andirons are non-functional and unsafe for supporting firewood. • Recommendation: Sold strictly as decorative architectural elements. They are ideal for styled non-working fireplaces, decorative hearth accents, or outdoor garden staging. less
