Its wood frame is shaped to suggest bamboo and retains an original finish with a warm patina. Four drawers provide generous space, each front outlined with decorative faux bamboo molding. A carved motif centers the top drawer, and simple metal pulls keep the overall design understated. The marble top adds a smooth, cool surface above the textured wood and is well preserved. Together, the contrasting materials and carefully worked details give the chest an elegant presence suited to a bedroom, living room, or entry. Its proportions make it useful as storage while allowing the faux bamboo design to remain the focus.

The chest measures 44.75 inches wide, 22.5 inches deep, and 39.25 inches high. It is in very good vintage condition, with a warm patina on the original wood finish, minor surface scuffs, and small nicks, especially at the edges and corners. The marble top appears intact and well preserved. These signs of age are consistent with the piece’s mid-20th-century origin and give the finish its lived-in character. The four-drawer format, original finish, and marble surface make it a versatile furniture piece with both visual interest and everyday utility. See less
