A mid century wooden handbag celebrating world travel, laughter, and good memories, with the wonderfully optimistic phrase Signs of Good Times right across the lid. Every side shows a different destination, including Holland, Hawaii, France, Mexico, Italy, England, Spain, and Japan. It feels like a whole scrapbook vacation in one delightful little box.
The shape is softly rounded and octagonal, and the tortoise lucite bamboo handle adds just the right playful swing. It closes with a sweet three-ball clasp that has just enough shine left to make you smile. The base is finished with cork, the kind of thoughtful detail that shows this was made to be both charming and useful.
It measures approximately 7 inches tall without the handle and about 6 inches across at the widest point. Light, loving wear to the finish that tells its story, but everything is secure and ready for display or gentle wear. Inside is clean and perfectly usable.
This is the kind of piece that sits on a shelf or entry table and instantly becomes a conversation. It is cheerful, nostalgic, and genuinely one of a kind. See less
