Its shell is marked with incised geometric sections that emphasize the turtle’s rounded form, while textured detailing across the head and limbs suggests natural scales. The burnished golden surface and aged patina give the piece depth and variation, allowing the fine patterning to catch the light. Resting on four feet, the figure has a compact footprint and a lively, recognizable silhouette. It works as a standalone decorative object or among a collection of brass and nature-inspired accents. The turtle motif makes it especially at home in organic modern, coastal, and eclectic interiors.

The sculpture measures 7.5 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 3.5 inches high. It is in very good vintage condition, with minor surface scuffs and a warm patina consistent with age. The source reports that it is structurally sound, with no visible repairs or losses. Its small scale makes it easy to place on a desk, bookshelf, or side table, where the detailed shell and natural form can be appreciated up close. See less
