Antique Victorian piano stool attributed to The Charles Parker Company of Meriden, Connecticut, c. 1880–1910. Parker was an established American manufacturer known for decorative metalwork and furnishings. This handsome stool features a round wooden seat, turned legs, and an ornate stretcher base.
The feet have been restored using an antique set of copper-toned cast-metal claw feet with uncommon blue glass balls, replacing the original feet. An appealing piece for Victorian interiors, traditional music rooms, antique furniture collections, or use as a decorative accent stool.

Crack in the seat's veneer, not extending into the underlying wood. Surface wear to wood, extensive scuffing and abrasions to blue glass balls, oxidation to underside hardware, and a few small white paint spots beneath the seat. Antique replacement feet show age-related wear but remain the most beautiful part of the stool. less
