This beautiful oval porcelain platter by Theodore Haviland New York features the Annette pattern: clusters of pink, white, and blue flowers with delicate green foliage on a bright white ground. The embossed, shell-like border and molded end handles give it a graceful, sculpted silhouette, finished with a thin gold edge. The underside is marked Theodore Haviland New York, Made in America.
Its generous size suits a holiday roast or a buffet centerpiece, and it works equally well as a display piece in a traditional, cottage, or grandmillennial setting. One of our vintage finds, with vintage patina and some light spots and wear to the gold rim.
