A rare and historically significant 1950s Swedish cabinet from the "Modul" series by Bengt Ruda for IKEA. One of the earliest and most refined pieces from IKEA's original Scandinavian modern design era, long before the brand became what it is today. The two-tone teak and oak construction is beautifully executed, with clean joinery and proportions that hold up against the finest Danish cabinetwork of the period. A genuine collector's piece and a fascinating piece of design history.
