Beautiful vintage French woven tapestry by the renowned Ateliers Jules Pansu, dating from the second half of the 20th century. This charming pastoral scene depicts a picturesque countryside landscape with cascading waterfalls, rocky hills, mature trees, grazing sheep and shepherds with their dogs in the foreground. A distant village and a softly coloured sunset complete this idyllic composition, evoking the romantic atmosphere of traditional European landscape painting.
