A smart and extremely well made antique Regency style leather top drum table. This was made in England, we would date it from around the 1930-50’s period.
It is a useful size and is of superb quality. The octagonal top revolves on the base, it has cross banded border and an inset leather surface with gold tooled edges. The sides are all nicely panelled and there are four drawers with brass handles. This stands on a central column base with splayed and reeded legs, terminating in brass hairy paw casters.
We have had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with some minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
