Mid-century Murano sommerso glass geode catchall, attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d’Arte, circa 1960s. Deep aubergine glass is encased in a light smoke glass. The smooth biomorphic form features an oval basin with an undulating rim and gently inward-curving sides. Great as a catchall or sculptural decorative bowl.
