An antique Fulper School art pottery vase, dating to approximately 1920. This piece features a classic tapered form with a subtly flared rim and a robust circular foot. The vase is adorned with a rich chocolate brown glaze, characteristic of the Fulper Pottery Company's aesthetic during the early 20th century. The glaze exhibits a deep, lustrous finish, enhancing the simple yet elegant silhouette of the vessel. The piece is unsigned, which is common for many items produced by the Fulper School. This vase exemplifies the American Arts and Crafts movement's emphasis on handcrafted quality and naturalistic glazes, making it a desirable item for collectors of early 20th-century pottery.
