Thomas. Masterfully crafted in the year 2000, the vase showcases a square-tapered body that gently transitions into an elegantly flared rim.
The piece is anchored by a deep, mesmerizing cobalt blue body that has been finished with a lustrous iridescent sheen. This shimmering surface acts as a dramatic backdrop for the intricate, three-dimensional cased floral design, featuring vibrant purple blooms with bright orange centers on delicate trailing vines. The organic, flowing lines of the flora pay a beautiful homage to the classic Art Nouveau aesthetic.
The underside reveals a beautifully polished pontil and bears the crisp, diamond-etched signature of the artist, marked "HAT 00". Combining bold contemporary color with historic design sensibilities, this vase makes a sophisticated statement on any mantle, shelf, or tabletop. See less
