The velvet upholstery is highly vibrant, retains its rich texture, and has no stains or odors. Minimal, natural crush marks are located safely on the fabric deck directly underneath where the decorative cushions sit. They are entirely hidden from view when the cushions are placed and do not impact its gorgeous overall presentation. Minor fabric sag gap at top of seam beneath one side scroll arm exterior (not easy to see unless viewing from an angle below line of sight; see photos) - could be a simple repair. Item is sold as-is. Very minor uniform light sun-fading on one side, typical for 1980s velvet, which gives it an authentic vintage patina. From a pet-free, smoke-free home. less
