An exceptional 1970s Hollywood Regency credenza attributed to Mastercraft, distinguished by its sculptural racetrack silhouette, richly figured burlwood veneer, and beautifully integrated brass detailing.
The elongated cabinet features gracefully rounded ends and an expansive top showcasing dramatic, swirling burlwood grain in warm golden and honey-brown tones. The striking natural figuring creates depth and movement throughout the surface, making each viewing angle visually compelling.
Four cabinet doors are accented with distinctive recessed brass campaign-style pulls, while continuous brass-toned banding along the upper perimeter, vertical divisions, and lower plinth provides architectural definition and a sophisticated contrast to the richly patterned wood.
Behind the doors, generous cabinet compartments with interior shelving offer practical storage for dinnerware, serving pieces, barware, or other household essentials.
The combination of its substantial proportions, fluid silhouette, highly decorative burlwood, and restrained brass embellishments reflects the glamorous design aesthetic associated with Mastercraft furniture of the 1970s.
Equally suited to a formal dining room, sophisticated living space, or executive office, this statement credenza beautifully complements Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Modern, and contemporary luxury interiors.

The burlwood top exhibits visible surface scratches, fine abrasions, and areas of finish wear, particularly noticeable under direct lighting. The brass-toned trim, hardware, and lower plinth display oxidation, discoloration, and natural patina. Additional minor imperfections are present throughout. The brass detailing has intentionally been left in its original, unpolished condition to preserve its authentic vintage character. Upon request, the buyer may choose to have the brass gently cleaned prior to delivery or retain its existing patina. Please note that cleaning may not eliminate all age-related discoloration or surface imperfections. The piece retains its original vintage character and has not been represented as newly refinished or restored. Please review all photographs carefully for condition details.
