This genuine antique 1920s Art Deco three-light chandelier is from the John C. Virden Company, part of Virden's Winthrop series, which was wildly popular through the 1920s and 1930s. The structural backbone showcases characteristic geometric cutouts blended with organic, stylized lily pad and floral leaf motifs at the crown. With a heavily detailed cast iron frame finished in a striking coppery-bronze polychrome patina a feature of the early Art Deco movements.
