This piece belongs to the highly celebrated official Fine Art Portfolio commissioned for the games, which featured standalone prints by 18 world-class contemporary artists (including Andy Warhol, David Hockney, and Cy Twombly). Helnwein's contribution subverts standard commercial sports design with a highly expressive, visceral close-up portrait of an ecstatic alpine skier shouting in victory. Excellent condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
