A beautiful piece of handcrafted glassware, perfect for lovers of mouth-blown glass and its myriad shades of light. This ewer-pitcher captivates at first glance with its soft, milky celadon green hue, characteristic of opaline glass from the 1950s-1970s. An object to display on a shelf, to fill with wildflowers, or simply to contemplate, so full of poetry is it.
The bulbous body features the famous "optical twist" that makes the light dance across the surface of the glass, giving it a hypnotic undulation. A pontil mark at the base testifies to the authentic craftsmanship. The piece is in very good condition, without chips or cracks.
5 to 12 cm in diameter, 21 cm high.
