A classic pair of English brass candlesticks in the much-loved "beehive and diamond" pattern. Each features a turned stem with a faceted diamond knop, a stacked beehive section, and a stepped, domed foot on a canted octagonal base, topped by a cylindrical candle cup with a wide drip pan.
Beehive candlesticks like these were popular in Victorian England and add warm, traditional character to a mantel, dining table, or bookshelf. Lovely displayed as a pair or grouped with other brass pieces.
Solid, weighty brass with a warm golden patina. Each measures 9" tall with a 3.25" wide base. Sold as a pair.
