Very fine and elegant sofa made by Calico Corners Custom Furniture. Features a beautiful elegant rolled arms and pleated button skirt. .
This is a very elegant traditional design with a strong Hollywood Regency / mid-century luxury influences, probably inspired by designs from roughly the 1940s–1960s.
The most distinctive feature is the continuous curved or “barrel” back, which flows directly into the arms. The arms finish in large outward rolled ends, giving it almost a scroll or modified swan-arm appearance. The overall silhouette is low, wide, and dramatically curved rather than boxy.
The upholstery appears to be ivory/champagne satin or silk-like fabric.
