Expressive original vintage work and workshop chairs from 1964. The combination of warm, molded wood and the technically inspired metal frame gives the chairs a characteristic 1960s industrial look.
The seat and backrest are made of ergonomically shaped plywood with a beautiful, visible wood grain. The wide, curved seat shell with its slightly downward-sloping front edge is particularly striking. The separate backrest is supported by a curved metal strut and can be individually adjusted in position and height using the black knob on the back.
The base is also designed entirely for functionality. The seat height can be adjusted via the central mechanical height adjustment mechanism. An additional lever mechanism is located beneath the seat for adjusting and locking the seat position.
Condition:
The four chairs are in authentic, used vintage condition. The wooden surfaces show age- and use-related scratches, dents, minor stains, and various signs of wear.
