Executed in salt-glazed stoneware, the vessel features a generous rounded body, elegant handle, and a subtly flared pouring lip.

The surface is richly embellished with an all-over relief decoration composed of stylized scrolling motifs, floral elements, and a heraldic bird figure. The salt glaze has created a soft, glossy finish with warm beige and honey tones, accentuating the depth and texture of the relief work while imparting the distinctive character associated with mid-century Belgian studio pottery.

Signed on the base, this piece reflects the craftsmanship and artistic quality for which Perignem became renowned.
