Modelled as a male and female vendor/water carrier in finely detailed, soft-pastel garments with gilt highlights and naturalistic rockwork bases. Both bear the blue crown "E.W. Turn Wien / Made in Austria" factory mark and impressed mold numbers on the interior bases. A remarkable decorator statement piece for collectors of fine European art pottery. See less
